💡 Tech Tip: Watch Who’s Watching You

You’re on a busy train. Laptop open. Phone unlocked. Emails, messages, 2FA codes flashing up.

Now imagine how much someone could pick up just by glancing over your shoulder.

– A PIN entered in plain sight

– A one-time passcode is visible

– Client emails previewed

It doesn’t take sophisticated hacking, sometimes it’s just someone close enough to see your screen.

Consider a privacy screen protector, switch to biometrics where possible, and be mindful of who’s around before handling sensitive information in public.

Stay aware. Stay secure.

Industry News: 59 Vulnerabilities Patched

Microsoft recently released security updates addressing 59 vulnerabilities across its software, including six that were already being actively exploited “in the wild.”

“In the wild” means attackers are already using these weaknesses against real organisations.

If you haven’t applied the latest updates, please do so immediately, or let us check for you.

Keeping systems updated remains the simplest and most effective protection.

Case Study

Transpeed News:

We recently set up a new internet connection using Starlink, the satellite broadband service from Elon Musk’s SpaceX, for one of our clients.

While Starlink provides fast and flexible connectivity, making it work seamlessly within an existing network takes careful configuration. We ensured everything was properly integrated, secure, and ready to perform from day one.

Whether you’re planning upgrades, reviewing security, or just want reassurance that everything’s running as it should, we’re always happy to help.
